Exchanges
Need a different size or style?

Exchanges are available for both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.
Made-to-Order Pieces

Crafted locally to reduce waste and overproduction.

Production typically takes 3–4 weeks; we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges: Made-to-order items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

If production exceeds 6 weeks, you may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

We handle these returns with the same care as ready-to-ship items, ensuring your satisfaction while supporting sustainable practices.
International Returns

Return shipping outside the UK is the customer’s responsibility.

Use a tracked and insured courier, and keep proof of postage.

Clearly mark your parcel “Return to Sender” to avoid customs duties or delays.
