 We want you to love every item you order. If it’s not quite right, returning or exchanging it is simple, fast, and stress-free — whether it’s ready-to-ship or made-to-order.

 

Free UK Returns

  • Email info@gundahafner.com to request your prepaid returns label.

  • Pack your item carefully with your order number included.

  • Drop it off at your nearest collection point.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return and usually appear in your account shortly after.

No fuss, no hidden costs — we’ve got you covered.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style?

  • Simply return your original item as above.

  • Place a new order for the item you want.

  • We’ll refund your original purchase as soon as your return is received.

Exchanges are available for both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.

 

Made-to-Order Pieces

  • Crafted locally to reduce waste and overproduction.

  • Production typically takes 3–4 weeks; we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Made-to-order items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • If production exceeds 6 weeks, you may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

  • We handle these returns with the same care as ready-to-ship items, ensuring your satisfaction while supporting sustainable practices.

 

International Returns

  • Return shipping outside the UK is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Use a tracked and insured courier, and keep proof of postage.

  • Clearly mark your parcel “Return to Sender” to avoid customs duties or delays.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, but mistakes happen.

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery for faulty or incorrect items.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

 

Changed Your Mind?

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned, but we’ll always make sure you’re happy.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email info@gundahafner.com immediately.

  • We’ll cancel it and issue a full refund right away.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.

  • Allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
