These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.gundahafner.com and form the contract between you (the customer) and Gunda Hafner Ltd.

They do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order on this site.

2. Product Information

We take great care to ensure that all descriptions, images, and specifications of our products are accurate and up to date.

However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to differences in screen displays and handmade production processes.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.

This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • We cannot obtain authorisation for payment
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
  • There is a pricing or product description error

In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.

4. Payment and Security

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or approved payment partners using SSL encryption technology.

We do not store your payment details on our servers.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If payment is declined, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy (link to your policy page).

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only.

Delays due to factors outside our control (such as courier issues, customs delays, or public holidays) do not constitute a breach of contract.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local authorities.

6. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting office@gundahafner.com.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the returns process once it arrives.

For made-to-order items, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

After that, cancellations will only be accepted if production has not yet begun.

8. Site Security

We operate our website using secure servers and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt all sensitive information.

While we take every reasonable step to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

9. Liability

We do not accept liability for:

  • Any errors or omissions on the website
  • Minor variations in product appearance
  • Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, weather, transport delays, customs issues, etc.)

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
