Gunda Hafner – Shipping Information

We can’t wait for you to receive your order! Every parcel is packed with care from our Kingston studio and shipped safely to your door.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding UK public holidays).

  • Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships, so you can watch your parcel’s journey in real time.

 

UK Delivery

    • Orders under £300: £10 flat rate

    • Orders £300 and over: Free shipping on full-price items

      Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) via tracked courier

       

  • Sale items are excluded from free shipping offers.

 

International Delivery

  • Standard: £20 | Express: £30

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, payable to your local authorities. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

 

Made-to-Order Pieces 

  • Crafted locally to reduce waste and overproduction. 

  • Production typically takes 3–4 weeks; we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. 

  • Even made-to-order items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. 

  • If production exceeds 6 weeks, you may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund. 

  • We handle these returns with the same care as ready-to-ship items, ensuring your satisfaction and supporting sustainable practices.


Delivery Delays

  • Occasionally delays occur due to customs or courier issues.

  • We’ll keep you informed and do our best to get your order to you quickly.
