Returns
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Additional terms may apply to sale, made-to-order and other items, so please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and have all original tags attached. Please include the original packaging where applicable.
Some items may not be returnable, including gift cards, personalised products, hygiene-sensitive items and items marked as final sale or non-returnable. Sale items are currently described as final sale in the policies.

Log in through the customer account icon in the website header, select the order you want to return and follow the instructions to request a return. Please initiate your return before sending the item back; returns sent without a request may not be accepted.

Yes. Select the account icon and sign in using the email address you used to place your order. Enter the verification code sent to your inbox, then select your order and follow the instructions to request a return. If you can’t access your order or submit a request, please email info@gundahafner.com with your order number and we’ll help.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
International orders are currently available through Wolf & Badger. If you purchased through Wolf & Badger, please follow their returns process. The policies don’t specify the process or postage arrangements for international returns.
