Payment & Delivery Policy

Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with the other secure payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or another approved payment provider. We don’t store your payment details on our servers.

Your order is subject to payment authorisation. If your payment is declined, we may be unable to process or dispatch your order.

Order confirmation

We’ll email you to acknowledge receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not mean that we’ve accepted it. We’ll confirm your order when it has been dispatched by sending you a dispatch email, with tracking details where available.

Delivery and collection

The delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times available for your order will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If in-store collection is available, you can select it at checkout. If you’d like to change your delivery order to in-store collection after placing it, email info@gundahafner.com as soon as possible. We can make the change only if your order hasn’t already been processed or dispatched. Requests made more than 24 hours after checkout are unlikely to be possible, and any delivery charge refund is not guaranteed.

International orders

International customers can shop a selection of our products through Wolf & Badger. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
